San Juan Basin Public Health will sponsor a health insurance information event from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday at Pine River Library, 395 Bayfield Center Drive.
Kevin O’Connor with the health department will be available to answer questions about free and reduced cost health insurance from Connect for Health Colorado, Medicaid and CHP+.
Rates are lower and laws have changed. Attendees will be able to learn about new options.
