The Durango Arts Center invites emerging and established playwrights to submit original plays to the 10-Minute Play Contest.
Annually, DAC receives more than 100 submissions from around the country that are reviewed through a series of reading by community members. The top five plays are selected for stage readings in June and produced by with local directors and performers in the DAC Theater in October. Cash awards are given for People’s Choice and a Grand Prize selection at the staged readings.
