Powerhouse Science Center will hold the grand opening of its Maker Lab at 4 p.m. Friday, at 1295 Camino del Rio.
“How many ways can we cut a ribbon?” is the theme, and the event will feature project demos from 4 to 6 p.m., drinks at 6 p.m. and live music by Hello, Dollface at 7 p.m.
