Promises made and promises kept

So here we are with the latest presidential and local election results, like it or not. Now the challenge is to embrace the results and support all those candidates who will be taking their oaths and offices and holding them accountable to promises made. We all need representatives who will actually do what they said they would do for the good of us all and not the few. We all had our reasons for how and who we voted for and are anxious about the results and impacts of promises made.

In the case of the presidential result and the promises made, it is vitally important that we all follow what was promised and hold the powers to be accountable for the good of us all. We do not need for there to be excuses or blame for not following through on those promises. We just need to see results. We need to hold the future president accountable to those promises made, like it or not. The next president has promised: mass deportations of undocumented immigrants, to finish the wall, end inflation, sweeping tax cuts, no tax on tips, no tax on Social Security, tariffs up to 60%, end Ukraine war in one day, no national abortion ban, replace Affordable Care Act and expand child tax credit to $5,000 per child.
