The inaugural Mountain Archery Festival will take place from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday through July 14 at Purgatory Resort.
The festival will include various courses and competition formats over three days, including the Pope and Young course, train to hunt course, Kirsch course, Kryptek course, Mountain Madness shoot off, Neon Night shoot and a kids’ course.
The competition will feature 150+ Kirsch 3D archery targets. The competitions will be staged on various courses across the mountain, and chair lift access is included in registration. In addition to the competitions, the festival will feature outdoor films in the evenings, a vendor village, live music and chances to win prizes.
