La Plata Quilters Guild will meet at 5:30 p.m. Thursday in the extension building at La Plata County Fairgrounds, 2500 Main Ave.
Guild members Karen Preston and Amanda Preston Araujo will give a talk about transferring floral images and shapes to fabric.
A social time will start at 5:30 p.m. and the meeting will follow at 6 p.m.
The meeting is free to all.
