R1 Realty announced the addition of Larry Gardner to its staff of professional Realtors.
Gardner was a licensed attorney in Texas, a former commercial and mortgage banker, real estate developer and rancher before moving to Durango in 1997 with his wife, Billie. He has been active in Colorado real estate for more than two decades.
