I support the re-election of Ken Fox to the La Plata Electric board of directors. He has four years of experience and a proven record as a protector of the interests of electricity ratepayers. We are especially well-served because his status as fully retired means he can devote himself exclusively to the business of the LPEA without any conflicts with other activities.
As a former county commissioner myself, I observed him when he was county commissioner as well as when he worked with our county airport, and he has always done a good job.
Ken Fox deserves to be re-elected.
