The Region 9 Economic Development District of Southwest Colorado has announced that Ron LeBlanc and Robert Whitson have joined its board of directors.
LeBlanc has been the city manager for the past eight years. He will be the representative for the city of Durango. Whitson is the owner of Express Employment Professionals, a staffing agency, and will serve as an at-large member.
