The Region 9 Economic Development District of Southwest Colorado announced that Brian Rose, deputy director, has been appointed to the Revolving Loan Fund Community of Practice Advisory Committee.

This committee includes Rose and eight other peer leaders across the nation to help other loan fund managers meet the funding needs in their communities. Rose, as an Advisory Council member, will provide input on training and resource content over the next two years.

The Economic Development Administration funded this Community of Practice, which includes organizations such as the National Development Council and the National Association of Regional Organizations, to bring business lending and finance training experience to EDA-funded loan programs.
