Region 9 Economic Development District of Southwest Colorado announced several new board members approved at their April board of directors meeting. New board members include: Justin Osborn – at large; Kelly Koskie – City of Cortez; and Meade Harbison – Southern Ute Indian Tribe.
Osborn is a Realtor with Wells Group, a Fort Lewis College graduate and involved in numerous community organizations. Koskie grew up in Montezuma County, is a Fort Lewis College graduate and the finance director for the city of Cortez. Harbison is a Durango native, Fort Lewis College graduate and leads the business development activities for the Southern Ute Indian Tribe’s Growth Fund.
The new members join the Region 9 Board which is comprised of 26 members – 17 representatives from the local governmental jurisdictions and nine members from the private sector. The Region 9 Board meets quarterly.
