Durango-area residents registered for the 2016 Iron Horse Bicycle Classic on Friday at Mountain Bike Specialists. Race organizers gave locals home-field advantage for the day. They could sign up before registration opens online to the general public at 8 a.m. Saturday. The event will be held May 28-30.
