Durango School District 9-R has opened registration for its Shared School Program, designed for home-school families, for the 2017-18 school year.
The program allows students to enroll in classes, such as art, music, drama, physical education and Spanish.
Elementary school students, in kindergarten to fifth grade, can sign up for a two-day per week schedule that meets from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, or a one-day per week schedule that meets from 8:10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Middle school students, in the sixth to eighth grades, will meet from 8:10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesdays.
All classes will be held at Miller Middle School, 2608 Junction St.
