The city of Durango invites members of the community to provide feedback about proposed revisions to the city’s open records request policy.
The draft policy and a link to provide feedback is available at www.DurangoGov.org/RecordsRequestFeedback.
The last update to the policy was completed in 2014, however, legislation regarding the Colorado Open Records Act has changed statewide in the last six years. The proposed revisions to the city’s policy will include updates based on the new legislation.
The deadline for feedback is 4:30 p.m. Oct. 19.
