It was a beautiful day for a ride to Vallecito and back.
A bake sale, ride and drive on Saturday, Oct. 9 raised lots of funds and hope for Linda Hester, a local favorite waitress at Brenda's Old West Cafe. She is battling leukemia.
The event was hosted by Brenda's, Hideaway Grill and Billy Goat Saloon, where the ride concluded.
This was the most amazing day......there are just no words to express how much everything meant to me," Hester wrote. "You guys are the most amazing people. It was an amazing day and I thank you all from the bottom of my heart
