Clayton Richter, director of Road Runner transportation, describes features of new coaches to TJ Dlubac, grant coordinator with the division of transit and rail for the Colorado Department of Transportation. The coaches have been in temporary storage at Los Pinos Fire Department in Ignacio. The buses will be used for daily service connecting Durango and Grand Junction, replacing service dropped by Greyhound in 2011. The service is funded by passenger fares and federal transit funds managed by CDOT. Road Runner is a service of the Southern Ute Community Action Program in Ignacio.
