Closures will last three to seven months

An off-ramp that accesses the Three Springs subdivision from U.S. Highway 160, via the Grandview interchange, will remain closed through October.

Drivers wanting to access Mercy Hospital and Wilson Gulch Drive offices and businesses must take Three Springs Boulevard.

Colorado Department of Transportation crews are working on repairs to the existing off-ramp for eastbound traffic on Highway 160. They will be removing pavement, regrading, drilling, installing new piling, paving and doing more concrete work. Repair work is also underway on the approach to the adjacent Highway 160 overpass bridge, which was previously closed as part of the same off-ramp closure project.

Beginning Thursday or Friday, a section of the south side of the Highway 160 frontage road in the Grandview area will close for about three months while CDOT crews place panels along a retaining wall. Drivers trying to reach businesses along the frontage road (Target Rental & Durango Organics) are advised to exit Highway 160 just east of the frontage road on County Road 232.
