From proceeds collected during the Community Concert Series at the Rochester Hotel Secret Garden, 10 nonprofits in La Plata County received $1,500, with a $200 bonus.
The organizations include: Durango Nature Studies, La Plata Open Space Conservancy, Know Your Dough, The Garden Project of Southwest Colorado, Stillwater Music, Durango High School Troupe 1096, San Juan Symphony, Durango Adult Education Center, Lisa Parker’s Puppies and Compañeros: Four Corners Immigrant Resource Center.
The cover charge for each concert was a $10 donation. Proceeds were distributed to the 10 nonprofits equally.
