Business owner Bradford Dearing has over 10 years of experience in the industry; is certified in concrete-paver installation by the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute and segmental retaining wall installation by the National Contract Management Association; and attended the Aquascape Hands-On Academy.
Rock Water specializes in hardscapes, such as pavers, outdoor kitchens, pool decks, etc.; ponds; and water and fire features.
The firm also plans to offer free educational seminars.
