Doty Shepard, executive director of Resilient Colorado, will speak to the Rotary Club of Durango at its dinner meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Strater Hotel, 699 Main Ave.
Shepard is the founder of Resilient Colorado. She holds a master’s degree with a focus on supporting youth and families and cultural transformation, having spent the past 20 years in the field.
