County Commissioner Clyde Church will speak to the Rotary Club of Durango at its dinner meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Strater Hotel, 699 Main Ave.
Church will talk about the functions and services provided by the La Plata County government and the long-term structural budget issues identified by the La Plata County Long Term Finance Committee.
