San Juan Symphony Music Director and Conductor Thomas Heuser will speak at a virtual meeting of the Rotary Club of Durango at 6 p.m. Tuesday via Zoom.
Hueser has led the symphony since 2016 and his family are Durango residents. He is also music director of the Idaho Falls Symphony in Idaho. He has undergraduate and masters degrees respectively from Vassar College and Indiana University’s Jacobs School of Music, and a doctorate in orchestral conducting from the University of Cincinnati’s College-Conservatory of Music.
