Addiction counselor Cecil Gardipe will speak to a virtual meeting of the Rotary Club of Durango about substance, chemical and process addiction at 6 p.m. Tuesday via Zoom.
A Durango native, Gardipe is a Fort Lewis College graduate with Colorado certification and Kansas license to perform his counseling. He has practiced for 25 years.
