Lisa Bloomquist, executive director of HomesFund, will speak to the Rotary Club of Durango during their dinner meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, at Strater Hotel, 699 Main Ave.
HomesFund is a nonprofit that provides educational and financial tools for low- and moderate-income people to reach home ownership, including mortgage assistance and other programs. The organization has provided services to more than 2,000 residents since 2008.
