Fort Lewis College professor of engineering Don May will speak about the FLC Engineers Without Borders program.
The program’s mission, through the village aid project, is to partner with needy communities in the developing world to find sustainable solutions to critical engineering problems. They hope to train a new generation of students who understand the need for sustainable systems and who value the concept of responsible global citizenship.
The event is open to the public.
