The Rotary Club of Durango will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Strater Hotel, 699 Main Ave.
La Plata County Manager Joanne Spina will present a talk titled “We Are La Plata County.” The presentation will give an overview of county services that help preserve and promote quality of life and provide insight about how current fiscal challenges are being addressed.
Spina has nearly 30 years of experience working for La Plata County and was appointed to the county manager position in July.
