Dave Woodruff, Durango chapter president of the Colorado Restaurant Association, will speak to the Rotary Club of Durango at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Strater Hotel, 699 Main Ave.
He will address how the CRA pertains to the Durango restaurant scene and how it shapes the landscape for restaurants through legislative action and informational resources.
Woodruff is general manager of El Moro Spirits & Tavern and formerly had been with Steamworks Brewing Co.
