Attorney David Kolbe will talk to the Rotary Club of Durango on Tuesday about the Ukraine conflict, providing an understanding of Russian aggression and implications for European and international political stability in the future.
The club’s meeting will begin at 6 p.m. at Strater Hotel, 699 Main Ave.
Now serving as deputy district attorney in Durango, Kolbe had experiences in Eastern Europe and Russia as a visiting legal professor and in other roles.
