Fort Lewis College Vice President of Advancement Melissa Mount will speak to Rotary Club of Durango at 6 p.m. Tuesday on Zoom.
Mount also serves as CEO of the Fort Lewis College Foundation. The FLC Foundation raises funding to support students and enrich education and cultural opportunities at the college.
Mount will share background on the foundation’s mission and how it is building a culture of philanthropy to advance inclusive, experiential learning environments that foster innovation, growth and community engagement.
Mount is focused on building philanthropic support that advances FLC’s mission of supporting students, faculty, programs and partnerships.
