Pine River Centennial Rotary Club had another successful beer garden on July 4. Big thanks to the guys at Southwest Ag for yet again supplying the tent, not to mention putting it up and taking it down; to beer suppliers A&L Coors and Ska Brewing, Southern Ute Community Action Programs and Southern Ute Head Start for use of the tables and chairs, and to members of the Ignacio High School FFA for helping with those on July 3; and to our club volunteers and patrons.

Net proceeds will go to the BK4K kids' food backpack program and Pine River Shares, which puts on monthly community potlucks in Bayfield.

We'll be back again for Bayfield Heritage Day on Sept. 27.
