La Plata County rancher Charly Minkler will speak to a virtual meeting of Rotary Club of Durango at 6p.m. Tuesday. Also a builder, he will discuss the rural vs. urban conflicts in the county and where community members can come together.
Minkler is a fourth-generation Coloradoan who has lived in La Plata County since 1982. He and his wife, Katie, ranch east of Ignacio. He has operated a successful construction businesses in the area for more than 35 years.
