Miller
Alan Miller recently joined the team at Russell Planning and Engineering.
Miller is from Ohio, graduated from University of Toledo in civil engineering, worked 11 years in construction engineering for a transportation contractor, and worked two years at a consulting engineering firm.
He also worked on other projects, such as multi-billion dollar transportation deals, urban-city-street improvements and smaller development projects.
