Russell Planning and Engineering hires one

Arnold

Russell Planning and Engineering recently hired Andrew Arnold as a planner intern.

Arnold received a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from Cornell University and has worked in Kenya as an explorer for National Geographic. In 2016, he was named assistant director of Cross World Africa, Inc., a nonprofit organization that serves impoverished communities in East Africa. In 2017, Arnold returned to Cornell University to earn a master’s degree in city and regional planning. His thesis addressed social inequalities in the United States through using smart growth strategies and equitable development.
