Russell Planning & Engineering recently welcomed Geographic Information Services specialist Michael Mister to its team.
Mister is a local partner offering geographic information services to Russell Planning & Engineering clients, and has over 20 years of experience working as a GIS specialist in the petroleum industry and other public and private sector entities.
He graduated from college with a degree in computer science information systems with an emphasis on GIS.
