Plus, Biden deserves better than to be slathered in Trumpian foulness in what is already a foul election cycle.
Dems face an onslaught in 2020 and the presidential candidate needs to be articulate, informed and engaging to meet the challenge. Sadly, Joe Biden is not that person.
