Sampson to play ‘Live @ The Smiley Cafe’

The Community Concert Hall at Fort Lewis College will host singer-songwriter Carter Sampson at 7 p.m. Jan. 21 at the Smiley Cafe, 1309 East Third Ave., for another intimate evening as part of the "Live @ The Smiley Cafe“ music series.

Sampson is an Oklahoma born and raised, award-winning singer-songwriter. She tours nationally and internationally, has released five studio albums and is the founder and director of The Rock ’n’ Roll Camp for Girls OKC, a nonprofit volunteer-run organization that empowers girls through music education.

The Smiley Cafe offers a small, intimate experience for an audience of 50 – creating the perfect "listening room" venue. Beer and wine, along with special coffees, will be available for sale throughout the evening.

E-tickets can be printed and brought in from home or shown from a mobile device at the door. Doors at the Smiley Cafe open one hour before showtime and will follow the same Safe Access Policy protocols for all Community Concert Hall events.
