San Juan College Planetarium will present AstroFriday, featuring “From Earth to the Universe,” at 6:30 and 7:30 p.m. Friday via Zoom. If there is enough interest, a third presentation will be offered at 8:30 p.m.
This will be a virtual, live presentation using Zoom to present a 30-minute video produced by the European Southern Observatory. The video begins on Earth and gives a brief history of current understanding of the universe from antiquity. After the video for each presentation will be a short sky show, using Stellarium software to depict the night sky of November.
The presentation will be under one hour long.

Any participants who are disruptive or vulgar will be permanently removed from the presentation. Once the presentation begins, a lock will be placed on the meeting and no further entry will be permitted until the start of the next presentation time slot.
