San Juan College Symphonic Band and Music Educators Ensemble will present the virtual Fall End-of-Semester Student Showcase at 7 p.m. Thursday.

The pre-recorded showcase will feature students performing their final exams in a COVID-safe manner.

The Symphonic Band, led by associate professor of music Teun Fetz, will play a variety of instrumental styles from small group chamber music for woodwinds and brass, to full ensemble pieces involving each instrument together.

The Educators Ensemble is a group of instrumental music teachers in San Juan County, including band directors and elementary music specialists who are wind and percussion players.
