San Juan County Office of Emergency Management will host Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day at the San Juan County Administration Offices, 100 S. Oliver Drive, Aztec.
Residents may safely dispose of what is considered household hazardous waste for free from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.
The event is open to residents of Bloomfield, Kirtland and the unincorporated portion of the county. Proof of residency will be required.
Aztec and Farmington residents can get curbside household hazardous pickup through Waste Management, a service already included in their bill.
