San Juan Mountains Association will offer weeklong, half-day summer programs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. beginning June 8. The programs will feature small group hiking adventures on nearby closest public lands.
The San Juan Ramblers, half-day youth interpretative hikes on public lands will operate with a reduced number of campers in an effort to continue to work with the varying needs of families, the community and staff. These hikes will take place exclusively outdoors on local public lands.
The program is for children 7 to 11 years old and will be offered June 8 through 12, June 15 through 19 and June 22 through 26.
SJMA programs held in June will not provide transportation.
