The San Juan National Forest began offering virtual services at its visitor desks March 18 to protect the health and safety of employees and members of the public during the COVID-19 outbreak following guidance from federal and state authorities.
Following the state of Colorado’s stay-at-home order, the San Juan National Forest will continue offering a suite of services.
Many can be answered over the phone. Customers who need information, permits or maps are encouraged to call these numbers during regular business hours: headquarters at 247-4874, Columbine Ranger District at 884-2512, Dolores Ranger District at 882-7296 and Pagosa Ranger District at 264-2268.
Caller can leave a voicemail if a call isn’t answered. Staff will call back as soon as possible.
