San Juan Regional Medical Center’s COVID-19 screening line will continue to take calls next week to answer questions from community members.
Anyone experiencing cold and flu-like symptoms including fever, cough, body aches, sore throat and runny nose is asked to call the COVID-19 screening line at (505) 675-4722 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday to speak to a registered nurse to determine if further action is necessary.
If testing is deemed necessary, there are several options for patients. The New Mexico Department of Health has four opportunities to be tested for COVID-19 next week.
Drive up events will be held at 7 a.m. at Kirtland Judy Nelson School Monday and Wednesday, and at San Juan College Tuesday and Thursday.
All testing will be first come, first served as long as test kits are available. Bring a cell phone for registration.
