San Juan Regional Medical Center has moved to scheduled appointments only for laboratory draw services effective Nov. 30. Patients may call to schedule future appointments beginning Monday.
The Outpatient Diagnostic Center, 2300 E. 30th St. Building C, Farmington, and Medical Office Building, 407 South Schwartz, Farmington, are available for scheduled laboratory appointments by calling (505) 609-6285.
If possible, patients are asked to come alone in an effort to continue practicing social distancing and prevent the spread of infectious diseases. If a patient does require assistance, a maximum of one support person will be allowed to accompany them. All individuals entering these locations will be screened, including having their temperature taken.
