President Biden has said more than once on a podium that our troops will not fight side-by-side with the Ukrainian military. Several current and retired generals have said there are not enough trained Ukrainian troops with our gift of state-of-the-art weapons to take on prepared Russian troops. All the recent NATO sanctions are worthless to the unprepared military in Ukraine at this point.
Seems like a blood bath of epic proportions will take place unless Ukraine is immediately allowed to join NATO. Help from war-weary countries is needed.
