The Four Corners Chapter of Safari Club International has named Kaleb Lee, a senior at Bayfield High School, as the 2019 recipient of the Tim Cooper Memorial Scholarship. The chapter’s scholarship selection committee reviewed multiple applications from students throughout the region, and after much consideration, Lee was chosen to receive the $4,000 scholarship.
Students from the Four Corners who are planning to continue their education via trade school, college or university programs may apply for the Tim Cooper Memorial Scholarship. Finalists are selected on the basis of their outlooks toward Four Corners Chapter SCI’s Mission Statement; participation in organizations, clubs and other student groups at school and in the community; their financial need; and their academic record.
Students who are interested in applying for the Four Corners SCI Tim Cooper Memorial Scholarship can download applications online at fourcornerssci.org.
