Seamus Millett, a 2016 Durango High School graduate, graduated magna cum laude with a major in civil engineering and a minor in humanitarian engineering from Colorado School of Mines May 8.
He was a two-year Shultz Scholarship recipient, a PIRE research project participant in gold mining supply chain issues in Columbia, a four-year member of Mines men’s swim team, an academic athlete honors and an international competitor for the USA Modern Pentathlon team.
He is currently employed with BCG Engineering in Golden.
