The eighth annual “Burning down the House” fundraiser will be 5:30-10 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 22 at Seasons Rotisserie and Grill, 764 Main Ave.
The event will benefit the 100 Club, which provides financial and welfare assistance to families of law enforcement and firefighters who are injured or killed in the line of duty. Proceeds from food and beverage sales will be presented to the 100 Club after the event.
The fundraiser is organized each year to thank Durango fire and rescue authorities and those who responded to the 2008 fire that destroyed three businesses on Main Avenue, including Seasons.
