Two seminars about the Reformation will be offered Saturday at Durango Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 1775 Florida Road.
Seminars will be presented by Johnny Suarez, who has given tours of historic Reformation sites in Europe:
“The Waldensians: Light Glows in the Darkness” will start at 2 p.m. Waldensians were reformers during the Middle Ages in the Northern Italian Alps, where they continue to live today.“From Rome to Renewed: Reformers Speak to Today’s Church” will start at 3:30 p.m. The presentation will feature a tour of sites in Switzerland and Germany where reformers launched the movement, which is still relevant today after 500 years.For reservations and more information, call (888) 432-9492 or visit www.relevantseminars.org/durango.
