Local First will hold a “Let the Love Rain – Singles in Paradise” date auction from 7 to 11 p.m. Thursday at the Balcony Bar and Grill Backstage, 600 Main Ave.
Participants will describe their dream date, which must involve one Local First member business, and attendees will bid to determine who will join them. Those who receive bids of $30 or more will be given $30 for the date.
Local singles are encouraged to participate and are asked to sign up in an email by Wednesday.
