The San Juan National Forest and the Colorado Procurement Technical Assistance Center will hold a two-day workshop March 5 and 6 for businesses interested in suppling a service or product to the Forest Service.
Topics will include how PTAC can provide businesses with free services, how it can assist in becoming a government contractor, and how it can help find government contracting opportunities. Additional topics will cover the business base in the Four Corners, what government agencies are buying, expected contract size, and what needs fire season can bring for businesses.
The workshop will be held the San Juan National Forest Headquarters, 15 Burnett Court, in Durango. Presentations and one-on-one meetings will held from 8:30 a.m. to noon March 5, and from 8 a.m. to noon March 6.
